The CP Dynamo U18 Tier 1 program is designed for players born 2006 to 2007. Players should expect to be challenged on and off the ice, with focus on skill development, core strength training, discipline, compete level, exposure and a very competitive game schedule. Preparing players for their next step in hockey is the overall goal of this team.

Dynamo Strength and condition program will be provided to the team 1-2 times a week by the coaching staff.

Two times during the season, Healthplex trainers will come and perform a Functional Movement screening and a performance test for your son or daughter. By doing so, we allow our players to get a baseline of their strengths and to keep maintaining it during the season. 

• Functional Movement Screening (FMS)—detects dysfunction giving an idea of areas the athlete needs to focus on in training programs
• ​Performance Testing (Individual & Team Comparison)—allows to see progression throughout the year (in-season & off-season)
